LM TRAINING DEVELOPMENT (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Black women-owned company aimed at promoting Education, Training and support by offering outcome-based training and development to corporate and public sector and social support services to women and youth projects. LM Training Development (Pty) Ltd is a Private Entity in South Africa and a level 1 BBEEE.

LM TRAINING DEVELOPMENT as an accredited Skill Development Training Provider is determined to offer training and change lives. We are currently Accredited with Services Seta for NVC 2,4, General Management and Hygiene and Cleaning.

The vision of the LM Training Development is an entrepreneurial economy equipped with the necessary competencies and mindset to enable job creation, wealth creation and facilitate socio-economic development. Not all people will become successful entrepreneurs; however, all can be taught to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. A mind-set that skills people to recognise opportunities, challenges, design solutions, innovate, effectuate, evaluate, iterate, etc.

About Lindy Mataboge

Dinah “Lindy” Mataboge is a wife and proud mother of 2; she is very passionate about social entrepreneurship, youth and women empowerment. She is involved in numerous community and social development initiatives in townships and enterprise development projects. She exited her employment at Wits University (formal education and training) in march 2017 to pursue a training career and to start her own training institute. Lindy is currently in the education and training( skill development sector as a Director of LM Training Development (Pty) Ltd, training facilitator, mentor, motivator, coach and an assessor.

Her area of speciality is Social Entrepreneurship, SMME support, Entrepreneurship, New Venture Creation and Financial wellness training in Stokvels and Cooperatives. Before taking the entrepreneurial route, she worked at the University of the Witwatersrand for 16 years at the Wits Graduate School of Business Administration-and held various positions including Programme Coordinator at Academic Programmes to Programme Manager at Centre for Entrepreneurship.
