Our Story: The Journey of Purpose
LM Training and Development was born from a singular, powerful belief held by our founder, Dinah “Lindy” Mataboge: that meaningful training is the most direct path to socio-economic change. Since its inception more than 20 years ago, our company has evolved into a premier, 100% Black women-owned, and highly accredited training institution.
LM Training Development (Pty) Ltd is aimed at promoting education, training, and support by offering outcome-based training and development to the corporate and public sector, and social support services to women and youth projects. Guided by our motto, “Training With A Purpose,” we equip individuals with competencies to recognise opportunities, innovate, and thrive.
